awful noise unhelpful jet2
The room included a kettle. It was useful. breakfast had a variety of options.
the noise from the demolition site was awful. an afternoon nap became impossible because of it. jet2 wasn't helpful at all, they claimed i understood building site, not demolition.

The twin room sea view i booked gave me exactly that. the room included a balcony with a view. breakfast was nice. It had good variety.

Really good Hotel Experience
modern room clean room fine sea views
The room was modern and clean with every need anticipated. I found two hairdryers and two phone chargers. Tea and coffee facilities were available. I particularly appreciated the two balconies that gave fine sea views.

modern room excellent breakfast convenient location
the room was clean. the room was modern. two showers were available, one walk-in. breakfast offered excellent choices. i appreciate country-themed nights. the location provided sea and restaurants access. bus stops were right outside.
the hotel should improve the minibar size. a litre cartoon of milk doesnt fit there. a lot of juggling to put own drinks is needed. this detail can enhance guest convenience.

location was good near to restaurants and attractions.
the noise was quite loud. my room had a funny smell coming from the bathroom, a real sewage stench i could not get rid of.

wonderful stay!
friendly staff excellent location breakfast choice relaxing spa
the staff were so friendly. location IS excellent. the breakfast choice was lovely and very well presented. i used the pool, sauna, steam room and gym . i had a wonderful massage from hazel at the wisteria spa.
